I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house. Small room but everything you need, including a little fridge, tea and coffee and a complimentary drink when you arrive. Very friendly, efficient staff. Very friendly staff, location was perfect, located right off the Dam behind the royal palace. Very clean. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful. It feels like being at home, while being away. The staff (the owner) is very helpful and you get practically individual attention from him. Whenever you need anything, he is there.
