Very friendly Asian staff. Basic breakfast but good 8am-10am. Wifi excellent in rooms.

It is directly behind central station and next to the cruise port also its a 15 minute walk to the red light district. - This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
