The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)

When we arrived, the host came out to the front door to greet us. When
we left the entire staff came out to say goodbye to us. Beautiful and

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κεντρικότερο σημείο της πόλης και όλες οι μετακινήσεις γίνονται με τα πόδια. Η θέα στο κανάλι είναι φανταστική. Το δωμάτιο (πήραμε το premium) ήταν τεράστιο και πολύ άνετο και με θέα στο κανάλι. The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury
