The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms
were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. Room, toilet/bath, bedsheets, pillows, etc. is clean - as expecte

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

The outstanding service provided by professional and friendly staff at the Reception Desk. Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. Walkingdistance to all the shops, but still in a very quite area. I recommendthis to everyone. - The apartment was great and the location is wonderful. Perf

The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops.
