location fabulous and if got easy access to email while away then should have no problems also would be great if you have a group to hire all 3 double rooms as communal areas lovely, unfortunately for us we stayed as a couple on a night on weekend and two of the other guests held a party on the premises and were very noisy! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » friendly and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen was stalked with all the classic Dutch breakfast necessities, and there was even a resident duck who came to the kitchen door for some crumbs! Would definitely stay again.

Good place with good comunication to the city center (2 stops to Flower Market, 4 stops to Dam Square) and to train and bus stations (Central and Amstel).
Modern design apartment with details like coffee, tea, wine, refresh and cookies for free.
Quiet place. If I could I come back to this apartment. I recommend it -

The owners were very friendly and helpfull. Nice extra's were the free drinks and fruit. Thank you blue tulip for the great experience and hospitality!

I thoroughly enjoyed the owner's hospitality - very friendly, welcoming and informative. The studio was ample for four people, clean, well equipt and had personal touches like fresh flowers, making it a little like home. The self-catering breakfast ingredients provided on a daily basis was extremely convenient for us - fresh bread, fruit, milk, egg

The breakfast was provided in the room with supplies refreshed each day. we cooked our own breakfast using the stove, sink and refrigerator.

Loved the location! The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Self check in/out. Soup, salad, and sandwich take away store just around the corner. Nice view from the room. -
It is basically an apartment for rent. It was nice and clean and i much preferred it to constant knocking on the door asking if you want towels.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped . Located in a lovely and quite neighbourhood of Amsterdam, in a walking distance from the three major museums and most of the city attractions.
Mr. Recar, the owner,is a very nice and frindly host.

I really enjoyed the whole experience of the houseboat! It was clean and I loved the fact that there was a terrace to feed the ducks! I also enjoyed taking a bubble bath in the nice huge bathtub! -

The environment in the hotel was very peaceful and quiet, the staff was
very friendly and tourist helpful. The room was amazing, the beds were
comfortable, the bathroom was organized, clean and fully functioning,
containing all the necessities a person needs. The interior of the room
was very spacious, beautiful and design oriented if that matters

The hotel is in a very handy location. It is nicely renovated, beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhoodth. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was also a plus.
