It feels like being at home, while being away. The staff (the owner) is very helpful and you get practically individual attention from him. Whenever you need anything, he is there. the house is the side of the canal easy to walk anywhere in Amsterdam plus great friendly welcome when you get back,the room looking over canal,just beautiful, bed very good, room full of antique pieces great place,the family are just superb hosts,you are treated like there extend family,we will vist, again and again, never get tired of the house.

Perfect situation beside one of the biggest and most beautiful canals in Amsterdam. The owners very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor, clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

We stayed 2 nights at the Crown B&B. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station and surprisingly close to all of the sights. Angelo, who was more like an old (or new!) friend, was a fantastic host - showing us how to get to all of the places we wanted to go and advising us where to eat and drink along the way. H

I loved the experience of staying in this beautiful, well maintained, centrally located typical Amsterdam building which was the main reason I picked this place. The room was tactfully and pleasantly decorated as well as the kitchen/dining area, which was very spacious and modern. The bathroom in our room was HUGE and fancy. Angelo, the owner was very kind and helpful and easily accessible. He provided a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. He also paid for my taxi ride to the airport earl

Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. Very good value for centre

helpful, carried our luggage upstairs. Sorted problem with tv
immediately. Happy to store luggage for you before you book in and
after you book out. Standard is similar to that of a good youth hostel

The host, Pieter, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area, especially the neighborhood, and was able and willing to show me things that aren't in the travel books. The neighborhood, the Jordaan, is very walkable to just about any place in Amsterdam and the bus connections are pretty much around the corner. The room is pretty funky -

The room was big and wonderfully decorated. Highlight was the bed which
was super duper comfortable. Location is good within walking distance
of all the major sights and close to 2 different tram stations. Room
was well equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. Hence perfect for
getting ansy storing some food in your room. The owner is very sweet
and helpful.
