The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms
were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!
