  The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located just out of the way from the middle of town so it gave us a little area to ourselves with some peace and quiet.   We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker.   The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.
