We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)

Excellent service! I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary,
two minutes later we got a bottle of wine as a congratulations.
Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of
a walk to the center, but perfect if you don't want to live in the

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we received a free upgrade, so the room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

supermarket; comfortable bed & pillow; and all staffs are very
friendly (in fact a very Dutch thing)! Highly recommended.

It is a fantastic "boutique-hotel" I would recommend to anyone wishing to spend a relaxing and pleasant time in Amsterdam.
