The location is good, 300 meters from Leidseplein: one of the most interesting areas of the city. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. Wifi internet connection is agreat plus! Will stay here for sure next time if possible - the staff were very helpfull and the room/view was very nice!! we will be staying here again

If you can get past the rather naff horse theme, this is a decent hotel
for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at
short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints.
The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms are simple, clean, modern and comfortable if a little small and with limited views/daylight

I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.

The location of Vossius Vondelpark is excellent - close to bus and tram
stops but so easy to walk from that I never used public transport. The
major museums and Heineken brewery are within 5 minutes walk. The hotel

in a typical dutch building with steep staircases! -
As we only spend one night in Amsterdam (attending a concert), there is
not much to say, possitive or negative. We wanted to stay in the centre
of town. The hotel is a few yards from Leidseplein. So location is
great. We booked a small double, which was nice, clean and cosy. For
breakfast we went to a bakery, so no comment on that. Will keep the
hotel in mind for next stop in Amsterdam !

Quiet location and spacious room: it is definitely worth staying slightly outside the city centre for these comforts. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate.
