μου άρεσε το δωρεάν ασύρματο internet - We stayed at the triple room. The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony to a courtyard. The location is good, 300 meters from Leidseplein: one of the most interesting areas of the city. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. Wifi internet connection is agreat plus! Will stay here for sure next time if possible - the staff were very helpfull and the room/view was very nice!! we will be staying here again

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. Easily the friendliest staff of anywhere we stayed across Europe.
Want to make your own cup of coffee or tea in your room ... it's all there for you. Want to iron your clothes ... there is an iron and ironing board in your room ( the first time we'd seen this in Europe in over a month of travel). It's these little differences that just make travel so much easier.
Great breakfast, great location, one of the largest rooms and bathrooms we'd had on our trip. Perfect.

I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer.
