Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. Wifi internet connection is agreat plus! Will stay here for sure next time if possible - the staff were very helpfull and the room/view was very nice!! we will be staying here again

If you can get past the rather naff horse theme, this is a decent hotel
for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at
short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints.

I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. A good city hotel, in a really convenient location. The hotel does not have a breakfast room, but at the lobby area you may always find free hot coffee and tea facilities, furthermore at the area there are some restaurants were you may enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Although the rooms are non smoking, you may smoke at the main balcony of the hotel. The receptionist are friendly and professional. The tram stop is really close with direct connection

I had already stayed at this hotel once, in March. By that time, I loved the hotel except from it's staff, which I found a little rude. Now I think they have improved it. I've seen different people at the reception and they were much nicer.
