Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. We even had a littlepicnic on the rooftop deck on one occasion that we will never forget! Wewill be sure to return here again.

Everything about this was excellent - hotel small and characterful, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, breakfast delicious, rooms and beds very comfortable. The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very
large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern
with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to
a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee
packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to
supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good
location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
