The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -
Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned

It is very elegant, clean, the stuff is professional and nice and helpful.we came to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday which was a surprise for him.before our come I told the hotel stuff that this was a very important travel and occasion for us. I read about this hotel from Wall Paper. As a close follower of the
publication, as well as being obsessed with design hotels, when Wall
Paper rates it as one of the best new location in 2012, it became my
primer task to check it out, hence, when the opportunity came, I checked

The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old.
