The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο και σε καλη τοποθεσια. - Great location and staff. I stay here every time I'm in Amsterdam and have never been let down! Best place to stay in the city! - Very nice personell, I'll stay there again if I go to Amsterdam.

Polite helpful friendly staff at front desk and the lobby rest bar. They answer any question and always work with a smile on the face :)

I loved the food at the restaurant, very delicious. The 25% discount was a great bonus, as well as the discounts on drinks. Our room was really cool and the art everywhere was very interesting. Clean, bright, airy. Good breakfast spread, authentic dutch stairs, good lockers, good location. And even some pretty designs -- that's saying something for a hostel! Bar seemed good too though I didn't get to join that fun.
Though my stay here was brief, this was one of the best hostels I've stayed at.
