The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

The outstanding service provided by professional and friendly staff at the Reception Desk. The hotel is new and bright, the beds are very comfortable, our room was always very clean and the location is perfect. The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms
were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. Room, toilet/bath, bedsheets, pillows, etc. is clean - as expecte

Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.
