they help me to keep an eye on the mail as I have to send my train ticket to the hotel...and the hotel is right next to the castle "park" which is a very nice to wake up with a jogging around~ - I liked the surroundings, the young man at reception was very helpful and patient.

Very clean and within walking distance of the Centraal train station.
You can easily walk to the sites in old Leiden. Across the street is the
delicious SUmatra House for Indonesian cuisine. Reasonable room rate and
everything in the room functioned (lights, water, etc). -

The location is very good just opposite train station. There are two
supermarkets around the block especially Jumbo supermarket which provide
a wide range of bread and muffins. There is a green eateries located
just beside Jumbo which served quite nice fried noodles and a mobile
fish snack store which served very nice fish fillets, very fresh. The

guests uses the card key to access the lift lobby which served as an
additional security. Easy access to bus to Keukenhof tulip garden.

The room was big enough. In a high floor, in the back of the building facing the city centre . There was a kettle and soluble coffe and tea. The bed was very confy. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.

The bed was comfy (memory foam) and the room spacious. Good air
conditioning as it was 31 outside. The shower is a wet room type, clean
and modern. Big fluffy white towels which we love. The staff were very
friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location is

Great location - very central. Friendly reception staff. Good choice at
breakfast, although continental, there were a few cooked items, and
everything was regularly replenished. Room was light and airy, with lots
of space and a comfy double bed. Bathroom/wet room included a sun-
shower (no goggles though!) Tea/coffee facilities in room. Two hot
tubs and roof terrace.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a great location and has loads of character. I really enjoyed my stay. - The staff were very friendly and informal. I was travelling on my ownbut didn't feel as though I was.
