Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house. Small room but everything you need, including a little fridge, tea and coffee and a complimentary drink when you arrive. Very friendly, efficient staff. All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.

The apartment is in a central location in the middle of the canal region - perfect for walking or catching a tram to key cultural and shopping sites in Amsterdam. We liked everything about Studio Bloemgracht. Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Amsterdam but within walking distance of the town centre. Very helpful and friendly owners who live in the apartment above. Great complimentary bottle of Prosecco to start our weekend ! Will definately stay there again.
