The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. Once everything is finished a 100% I'm positive this will be a great hotel. The service was outstanding and the staff sure had a lot of patience as

This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.

Situated in an amazing area, so beautiful, gave me a different outlook on Amsterdam. Surrounded by everything you need. Bars, clubs, cafe's, restaurants and even the drop of point for tourists is just a 2minuit walk away. You can return to your hotel at any time through the night into the morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located just out of the way from the middle of town so it gave us a little area to ourselves with some peace and quiet. μου άρεσε το δωρεάν ασύρματο internet - We stayed at the triple room. The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony to a courtyard. The location is good, 300 meters from Leidseplein: one of the most interesting areas of the city. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I recommend this hotel. - breakfast, staff and sweets on the front desk

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate.
