  The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel.   We stayed 2 nights at the Crown B&B. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station and surprisingly close to all of the sights. Angelo, who was more like an old (or new!) friend, was a fantastic host - showing us how to get to all of the places we wanted to go and advising us where to eat and drink along the way. Breakfas - I loved the experience of staying in this beautiful, well maintained, centrally located typical Amsterdam building which was the main reason I picked this place. The room was tactfully and pleasantly decorated as well as the kitchen/dining area, which was very spacious and modern. The bathroom in our room was HUGE and fancy. Angelo, the owner was very kind and helpful and easily accessible. He provided a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. He also paid for my taxi ride to the airport earl
