The location and the cleanliness.I was not expect any specality. Location, near to the tram station. Location. the ability to leave the key at the front desk it allowed us to travel freely around the city without having to worry about security. όλα τα σχόλια »
location. place. cheap. Not being in the hotel.staff was courteous. Nothing - the staff were so so so rude! The bathroom door didn't openmore than a crack, there was no shower door, and we had to ask a hundredtimes for towels. The guy who clean the rooms was very churlish and rude entering in our room without touch the door first. Extra fee on credit card payments not mentioned before arrival. it would be good to have shower curtains and more than one key card per room. Strange smell from communial bathroom, doors very loud when closing and opening! Very very narrow dangerous stairs!! But otherwise it was fine!. there was not smoking area. very small rooms.Pernamently strong pong on toalet. Very steep staircase, quite dangerous to walk down the staircase with heavy backpack.Noisy and the room is very small. Bunk beds and being in basement. the website should show a picture of the staircase because the group was not prepared to go up the staircase.small rooms, noizy. rooms. very noisy. No, there was nothing I liked about the hotel.room booked was not available. Room given was above the price quoted on website. there was no elevator and breakfast was only bread and butter / marmalade. Bad accesibility (stairs), no phone as promised, the fire (smoke) sensors in the room were obstructed (on purpose) with a plastic bag (i.e. no safety). Not hotel and definitily not a 2 star hotel though they advertise as such, it's a hostel but not even a good hostel. The receptionist sent us to another hotel by mistake who had to send us back again wasting hours. See above. Terrible staff. No shower door, no towels, can't openbathroom door. You should sleep on the street instead, or at least shellout the extra few bucks for a reasonable place. Don't stay here. only when you are totally desperate book this hotel, avoid it when you can. Staff unkind, not helping (e.g. to find the car park), not cooperative, room extremely tiny, dirty and noisy, we wanted to get our money back, but was impossible (staff just answered "I cannot do anything for you" without being able to look into eyes), we did not stay more than 15 min and went away! We felt stolen! This hotel puts discredit on letsbookhotel.com and should be removed from your selection.unclean, uncoordinated, expensive and very rude staff.
