  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly.   First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city.
