Everything! Very new hotel, very clean! It was truly an amazing experience! Location is in close proximity to the Hague (7 minutes to center, even during traffic), Leiden (15 minutes), and Rotterdam (20 minutes). Huge spacious and free parking in front of and underneath the hotel. Highly Recommend it! - Big, modern room. Fun Bathroom, comfortab

Friendly, helpful staff. Needed cash since I have the wrong type of card
for Europe, and they let me withdraw from my room bill. A lifesaver! And
they have an excellent restaurant. -
Great place, friendly staff. Location is perfect if you travel by car (all main attractions and cities withing 20 min of driving). We have enjoyed restaurant as well

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes). Bikes can also be rented and left overnight at the rail station rental depot, which is a one minute walk away

Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.
