The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. The staff went above and

Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.

The staff was wonderfully helpful with transportation information,telephoning, being available. Lovely group of young women. The breakfastis splendid. Bathroom immaculate. - friendly and helpfull staff. good housekeeping.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. also for the price which is very low, you also get a decent breakfast, and luggage storage... what more could you ask for ???
Well, if your answer is location, that is also covered... The hotel is located minutes from the city's main shopping area with hundreds of amazing stores...
also, not too far from tourist attractions, such as the Mesdach Panorama and Madurodam

I cannot say enough about this little hotel. It was perfect for a group or family of 3-4. All separate beds if desired and extremely comfy. We stayed when they were having a special Eco organic breakfast and they had beautiful fruit, fresh made juices to order, pancakes, eggs and of course croissants to name a few things - everything fresh. I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder

We were very impressed with the owners, staff, location, transportation in the area, and the building itself. The accomodations were far nicer than what we imagined. The building was in excellent shape and was well cared for. There was a sense of family with the staff and owners. Everyone went out of their way to be accomidating and helpful to
