My room on 1st floor (6) was airy, clean, bright and nicely-decorated. Good air conditioning, pleasant (if slightly cramped) bathroom and shower.
The building is well-maintained and characterful, with a very relaxed feel, and the staff are helpful and speak good English.

The staff were always extremely helpful with any questions I had. Most spoke French, Arabic, Spanish and English which makes it easy for international travelers.
The breakfast in the morning is a bit pricey but it's a great way to start your day if you're not in a rush. The patio where you eat is really nice in the mornings if the weather is good.
There's a rooftop terrace with seats where you can read or relax in the sun.

We had a memorable stay in this gem, conveniently situated in the Medina and in walking distance of the Kasbah and old city. It is a boutique hotel with all the necessities and comfort one could wish for.
