The pool is amazing. It is so nice to be able to escape the noise and
the bustle at night and have a beer or a cocktail by this amazing
secluded pool. Especially as a woman it was nice to have a place that

Auberge La Source is placed just in front of the big erg.Hassan´s family is very nice and the service is perfect. Breakfast and dinner were included and they were always big and very delicious. La Source is located in the small village of Hassi Labied, a 15min drive from Merzouga and a short walking distance from the Great Dune of Erg Chebbi. The view is wonderful from their terrace. The auberge is clean and welcoming, brothers Omar and Said treated us as real friends and their sisters cooked the best tagines. We would love to go back to La Source and definitely recommend you to choose them.

On a hill overlooking the town and has a nice view from the room balcony. The inside is very nice, and the room feels very cosy with the wooden walls.
Don't miss the motorbike ride it is great. -

The hotel was lovely but very hard to find, we wouldn't have found
it if it wasn't for some friendly locals. Food was delicous, the
best food we ate while traveling through Morocco. The staff are very
friendly and helpful they go out of their way to accommodate you. The

The Hotel is beautiful, clean, the bedroom and bathroom are big enough for two people.
It is not easy to find, but if you call to the Riad when you arrive someone will be waiting from you in the principal street. The location is perfect, inside of the medina and you can walk to all of the principal attractions in Meknes.
Meknes is beautiful, and less touristic than Fes, so that also implies that nobody will be bordering every each meter as in Fes.

Though we found the facilities quite basic, this riad delivered what we
came for. Ali, the owner, was very available, friendly and responsive to

We were very well greeted by Ali and his staff. Ali quickly arranged
jeep and dromedary (no camels in Africa) trips for us. The room was
nicely decorated, Maroccan style. We had a wonderful evening meal under
the tent by the pool and all you can eat breakfast. Above all we got
what we came for, to see the desert, visit a different culture and meet
friendly people.

Good location right next to the grand taxis. We were met at the taxi stand by the owner's brother and directed to the hotel, despite the fact that we hadn't thought to advise our expected arrival time. We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W

The Seggoui family goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable
and pleasurable. The food is the best I've had in Morocco (and I
have been here for 2 months so far). The rooms are very spacious and

patron is French from Toulouse, who speaks English quite well, and his
