  The lady who owns the place is very kind and helpful, we felt very welcome and she gave us great advice on how to enjoy the city. She's also the president of a local association who helps women to work. We felt as part of the local community, as we went to the local hammam and dealt with local carpet and jewel producers. We were served a copious amount of food with a variety of breads, pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt. It was delicious.

  I loved the way I was contacted by Claudie as soon as I made the booking. When we met I felt like I knew her already. She made us all feel very welcome - especially my daughter who adored her dogs (peacocks and tortoises). The staff were all extremely friendly, our suite was perfect and the food delicious.   The room was lovely with nice clean linen and comfy bed. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately our room didn't have an outside window in hot weather so spoilt our stay, otherwise it would have been 10/10. The staff lent us a fan but the room was still stifling. The guy at the reception was extremely kind... So nothing to complain at all!
