At a distance of 10 km from the village of Merzouga, Camp Merzouga Desert offers accommodation in tents, following the traditional Berber design. Facilities include a terrace and a restaurant, where a Morroccan and Berber breakfast is served.
Featuring views to the sand dunes, all tents at Camp Merzouga are fitted with brightly coloured fabrics and typical, local carpets. Each provides access to a shared bathroom.
Guests may participate in excursions on camels or off-road vehicles, organized at the property. Shuttle services from and to the airport are available upon charge.
The airport of Ouarzazate is 350 km away. The town of Rissani, with its popular market, is approximately 40 km away. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Thanks Simo for your Hospitalite We enjoyed every last detail of our trip. Our guides were incredibly helpful, very kind and patient with our children. We arrived in the midst of a late night sand/rainstorm and yet Simo still came out to guide us back to our room. We were invited into their homes, fed like kings, catered too and truly felt not only at ease but also safe. Simo gave us a great welcome and after just 2 days I felt that he was a friend for life. He is a good organizer and yet considerate for travelers needs and requests. The camel rides were a great success and the spectacular desert scenery was refreshing and the night so quiet and star filled. Well done to everyone connected to this Holiday. We felt in love with the desert and its friendly people. We wish to come back soon. Thank you sSimo again.
Thanks Simo We had excellent Time with Camp Merzouga desert , The Team speaks english, french, arab and italian. The food is great and you can feel really comfortable in a friendly environment. The location is absolutely gorgeous, I'd say one of the best places in Marocco to visit the desert. We went in the middle of Sahara dunes!

It was great staying here. The owner is very friendly and his staff too. They serve great breakfast and diner. Camp are clean and in Marrocan style. We took the 4x4 trip and that was also very nice. That was the best experience.
