I think i like the beautiful lady staffs, the environment and the wifi is the best.
NO Iron in the rooms, and i have to struggle to buy adaptor to connected my phones.
The pool is amazing. It is so nice to be able to escape the noise and the bustle at night and have a beer or a cocktail by this amazing secluded pool. Especially as a woman it was nice to have a place that was safe and assessible to have a drink! It's also nice to have a safe place to park a car.
Some of the staff were quite rude. Which was shocking considering every place else we stayed in Morocco the people were very friendly. It's a big sterile hotel chain, we only stayed because it was a good price and had free, safe, easily accessible parking. The room was tiny. And someone else mentioned the slippery bathroom floor - which I thought was a strange thing to remark on - but it's deadly! All of the above stated - the pool in the evening for a drink made up for the bad items.

Good location. Small green garden and clean swimming pool, . It's clean and breatheable nice place after the long shopping days in Riads in Medina's. Rooms are basic. Very helpful personel with good English. Clean room and the wifi worked in our rooms.

The Staff are really friendly and helpful - I have family in Meknes and travel there frequently. In fact I recognise the staff from 3 years ago from when I first stayed there. I was greeted warmly. It makes all the difference,
the price - when i orignally looked at booking it was only approx £80 a few weeks ago and then it when up to approx £137 - I think this is to much of a increase. I would like to stay at the Ibis regulary but I would have to consider this price.

Efficient and business like, room was clean, warm, bed comfortable, good shower. Reception staff spoke good English.
Bar was poor and more like a tap room with rowdy locals. Staff in the bar were very slow, inefficient and had no English.

Diner was not that good while charging high prices. The restaurant was not cosy at all.
The room was clean. The pool was beautiful.
The room was described to have a plasma Tv. When I got to the hotel there was an old tv with a large back. Also the channels were very limited.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. She deserves to work for a much better hotel though. She even kept our luggage for two days while we traveled to Ifrane, stayed overnight and went back.
Forget about using the pool, way too crowded. Not the ideal location. Unlike most Ibis hotels in Morocco, this one is quite far from both train stations! Internet is the slowest I have ever had!
Location good to explore both old and new city. Its ground are nice and green, pool and garden are the best asset of this hotel. After many days in Riads in medina's this was very welcome. Rooms are basic as expected, breakfast is standard but OK - had dinner one night and it was surprisingly good.
Nothing really for this price.
