Such a great place to stay in Marrakech... The staff and the owners are really awesome, they take care of us we felt like kings, they guide us around the city and meek us discover some unknown places. Homemade food to try absolutely. This is the place to be!!!

There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv

Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always
smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful
setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we
arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use
were great as well. Very knowledgeable and willing to help us negotiate

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. One day we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for an excursion to the Sahara Desert, the Manager insisted that he make breakfast for us before we leave even though breakfast didn't start until 0730. - The hotel is located on a great place, 5 minutes walk from the main touristic site

We had a wonderful break in Marrakech due largely to the wonderful staff
and calm, relaxing atmosphere at Riad Nesma. The Riad was ideally
situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front

The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites.
The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

This stunning riad is 2 minutes from the big square, Jma el Fenaa. It truly is
luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. I would definitely agree with all the positive feedback given and would without question stay her

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might
