The owners of the Riad are what made our trip to Morocco so memorable. There was a taxi to greet us at the airport and drive us to the Riad. The owner met us in the parking lot and escorted us through the chaos of the streets to the Riad. We were served mint tea with a smile everyday, small desserts were left in our room daily, the conversation was great and they really did everything possible to make us feel at home. He gave us a tour of the square which was quite overwhelming at first and.

Nice breakfasts were served on the sun terrace - a great start to each day.. The room was attractively decorated and furnished, traditional and authentic, clean and comfortable. If staying in The Medina,you will find this is an ideal Riad in a quiet corner of town - significantly better than some others scattered around Medina. No h. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. Noel was really helpful before we arrived, arranging our transfer from the airport. Upon arrival late in the evening we were shown to our rooms and then a member of staff walked us up to the main square so that we could get some food. Noel also helped book us a taxi to Essaouira for our onward journey and even recommended us a great restaurant once we arrived there too for the rest of our trip. This place is wonderful. Noel was so informative and friendly. He recommended great places to eat, drink, and places to best enjoy the city. We had a bottle of wine on the roof as the sun set and just really enjoyed this quiet haven in Marrakech. I liked the hustle and bustle of the city, but I loved knowing that I could come back to this peaceful riad when I wanted an escape. Thanks to everyone who works there!. Riad Villa El Arsa has got an excellent location, only 5 minute walk from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa. Noel, who is one of the owners, was very helpful and gave us a lot of information for our stay. The riad itself is beautiful and our room La Bahia was lovely with a big bathtub. We would be happy to recommend this riad to all travellers. The staff, noel, fabrice, simo, abdul and others were incredibly friendly, helpful and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable; it was like staying with friends. The breakfasts and dinner were good, and the riad is peaceful and beautiful, but with a central location. It is a small beautiful Riad close to the square (5min). The owners and the staff are very nice people always with a smile in their face. Just ask and you will get very good tips where to go, to have dinner etc. So dont be shy and just ask. Riad Villa el Arsa highly recommended. The owners of this beautiful Riad are really friendly and helpful. It's located just minutes away from the main square and is quite easy to find also! Really good atmosphere. We had a nice short stay here and would definitely recommend it. The owners and staff were attentive without hovering. The interior was furnished very tastefully, its Moroccan with a touch of French 5 star class. We booked for one night and stayed for seven. Everything excellent, a truly beautiful Riad, designed with a unique and atractive taste, you feel like you arrive home, confortable, very clean and the staff and owner are amazing people. Location, attitude, rooms- everything was excellent. everything. Medina is a busy, thrusting environment with a constant flow of mopeds rushing down the narrow "roads, lanes more like, kicking up diesel fumes and dust on all who get in their way. Fine for a 2 or 3 day stay but the mopeds, beggars and tradesmen did begin to grate after 3 "full on" days. Medina is not a location I would recommend to my daughters but in terms of accomodation I would definitely recommend The El Arsa Riad to anyone residing in Medina. These guys rolled a perfect TEN, nothing negative to say. Nothing. Minor quibble- for me bed was a little harder than I like. Nothing!.
