This former family home now functions as a luxury guest house with a rooftop terrace and views of the medina. You can relax by the swimming pool or walk to Jamaâ el Fna Square in 10 minutes. The rooms and suites at Riad Malika are decorated with a mix of oriental, art deco and vintage furnishings and feature free Wi-Fi access. All have a large bathtub and some have a private terrace and a living area. The riad provides breakfast every morning, which can be enjoyed on the terrace, in the garden or around the pool. You can also have a drink from the bar accompanied with traditional cuisine. Massages, a hammam and free parking nearby are just some of the other facilities at this guest house. The Majorelle Gardens are 1 km away and Marrakesh-Menara Airport is 5 km away if you are arriving by plane.

Our stay at Riad Malika was a bit of luxury for us at the end of our extensive Morocco travels and on the whole it did live up to our expectations. We stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed the relaxed ambience, bold character and style of the riad and of course our deluxe suite with two en-suites! It was beautifully clean and, like many who stay here, we absolutely loved the decor and plush furnishings and colourful terraces covered in climbers. We made the most of the pool and .
όλα τα σχόλια » The ambience, decor, friendly staff, convenient location, ...! After a week travelling, we really appreciated such attractive and relaxing surroundings. Our room, almost a penthouse, was very private with its own terrace and was imaginatively decorated in an Art-Deco style. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. On the first night we ate in and enjoyed an excellent meal. We also loved having a hamman on site!. A small hotel full of charm and very well appointed. It is well located inside the Medina. It is advisable that you arrange for a taxi to take you to the riad. We had a junior suite. The bathroom is large and beautiful. There is a private terrace with a splendid view over Marrakesh and the mountains. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and the courtesy of the staff is worth mentioning, very helpful and kind. The food was very tasty, in fact better than anything we ate outside. We recommend other travellers try the food at the riad. The room we booked also had a lovely private terrace. The interior seating area of the riad had great ambience and was quite elegant. The Riad's bar was also very useful as there are not a lot of great places to drink outside. Finally, the staff provided quality, attentive service. Staff eager to please and assist. An old palace, left largely unmolested by modernization, except when it is to provide comfort for the traveller. Early C20 and modern moroccan art pieces dotted about, pomegranate bushes noisy with birdsong on the terraces. A lovely place to stay! Smiling,silent cleaning ladies. Affid (spelling) and his colleagues attentive, charming, helpful.Food nice, too!. This place is a little heaven inside a chaotic city. When you enter, you completely leave the hectic city life behind, and can relax completely. This is perfectly located 10 min walk from the main square in a little local neighbourhood that even though at first sight seem a little dodgy, it is not at all - when you have something to compare with. The food was superb - better than any restaurant we ate in. The rooms were beautiful - enormous, beautifully decorated, with an enormous bed and huge bath, big enough for two. The staff were incredibly good - very attentive but very respectful, always appearing only when you needed them. Riad Malika is in a great location near the souks and the main square. It's quirky and full of character. Our bedroom was on three levels and even had a fireplace in the bathroom! The staff are really lovely and will do anything to help. it was very friendly staff where helpful, and had a lot of nice things within the riad. we liked the massage, and hamam very much and overall would like to visit again. overall we had a lovely relaxing weekend. The staff was very friendly and loving and helpful, the food was great, the room was sensational, the whole Riad was very clean, the admosphere was nice en calm. Great great, great!!. You cant go to marrakech and not experience the moroccan riad. Riad Malika is an original moroccan house with a taste of modern european.Staff are amazing, helpful and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful - indeed about the only people I felt we could trust in Marrakesh, where everyone seems out to con the tourists. The riad was a haven of tranquility in a chaotic and noisy city. Quiet and peaceful away from the manic streets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very individual and comfortable. Sadly, for the first time in a Moroccan riad, we did experience some unprofessional conduct from some staff, one incident was truly inexcusable. More leadership/management to whip things into shape could only benefit this riad. As we were travelling for ten days we had full-sized cases and there was limited hanging/storage space. However, all the pluses far outweighed this. Our suite was on three levels, which is perhaps too many stairs. The bathroom was on the top level, the wc on another level and the bedroom on the bottom level. While we appreciate that it is expensive/ difficult for a riad to have an alcohol license, the strong warnings against bringing alcohol/ and or food into the riad seemed a little intrusive/authoritarian. Following the hammam, I shivered In the atrium, waiting for massage in the cold, till rescued. Getting woken up at dawn by morning prayer, but you will anywhere in Marrakesh. The local immam crying out at 4.30 every morning. Hardly the riad's fault, though. Not a downside for us but there are a lots of stairs to most of the bedrooms so not ideal for some. The coffee... The riad is not easy to find, so it is very wise to take advantage of the airport pickup service. Breakfast is based on sweet pancakes. I was allergic to the scent used on the wonderfully clean and comfortable linens, so I sneezed a lot! In spite of that, I loved this riad. It wasn't possible to pay with creditcard when check out.Our room consists of three level but aircon is only on lower which makes impossible to be on upper during day with 40 degrees outside. Getting into and out of the hotel. The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick us up to go to the airport and repeatedly told us it would be 150 dh. However, when we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver asked for more money. I think the hotel needs to reconsider the taxis they are calling for their guests because that one seemed very dishonest. comfort of the bed. A little under staffed with the duty person run off their feet trying to do everything for everyone. Couldn't get the Wifi....but technically this didn't matter so much. Service a bit slow but not a complaint at all!. Getting lost trying to get back to it!. Absolutely nothing, the place and staff were beautiful. Sorry, it was perfect!..... The toilet in the suite was very small and cramped, compared to the vast bathroom and huge bedroom. The local youths were outside the riad playing their drums until after 10 o'clock at night; as for being wakened every morning at 4 o'clock by the call to prayer at the local mosque, the less said the better. The Riad was lovely but the city is a nightmare. Felt very threatening, especially in the souks.
