Very pretty building with lovely roof terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to arrange excursions. The location is perfect for Jemaa el Fena Square and the Koutibia Mosque. You really are in the heart of Marrakech here. Good location, most things are working as expected. Friendly staff. Good location Terrace Friendly staff. The rooms could have been cleaner and more comfortable. The bathrooms in particular need to be updated. The rooms were very cold at night and very draughty which was an issue with small children. There are a couple of kitchens that can be used to make tea, but it would be nicer if these were better equiped so you could make breakfast/a meal if you want.
