Loved everything about this hotel, one of the best beds I've
slept in in Morocco - really lovely staff who could not do enough.
Superbly located close to the main station in an upmarket district
with good cafes and patisseries and some designer boutiques. Gorgeous
roof terrace!

Check-in was very efficient inspite of the large number of guests arriving at the same time. Breakfast was decent with wide variety of sweet cakes.

The receptionist and most of the staff spoke quite good english.. The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors.

this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival
was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an
excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have
time to try!

The room was as described and everthing worked as it should.
We arrived late, around 10.30pm, and we're told by reception that the restaurants in the area would be closed. Well, we walked outside and on the corner was a very busy simple style fish restaurant. It was really different and threw us straight into the local scene. Great choice of fish at very reasonable prices!

Location is very good (although difficult to reach, best is to ask the hotel to pick you up at the airport the first day and then you will learn the way). The staff is very friendly, and breakfast home made. Very nice house, and definetly a very good place to stay, really quiet but in the very middle of the Medina.

Had an excellent time at hotel zahia. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Within 20 minutes walking distance of everything you'd want to see. -

This was an excellent hotel to spend a night before a morning flight back to the UK. Facilities were all you would expect from a four star hotel but at a fraction of the price. There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at The Red House and it was just as good as the first time.
Someone from The Red House came to pick us up from the airport and was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This was a great way to start the holiday.

We read very positive hotel reviews with some caution as to their
truthfulness, but all the very positive comments about The Red House
were true. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the
Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and
restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech. All amenities,
including the lovely pool, are great and the staff, starting with Abdel
the front office manager, are warm and very helpful. We hope to go back.
