The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always
smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful
setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars! Also the staff were very hospitable and welcoming, facilities of a traditional hammam are excellent. - Moustafa and the entire staff. Fantastic 6 nights!!!

I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). Tho I have had been in

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend

The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Fantastic break in Marrakech and staying at Riad l'Oiseau du Paradis made the whole trip worthwhile. Riad itself a blissful island of calm when Marrakech can be just a bit much.Excellent value,included breakfast was simple but really good,the one evening meal we ate in-house was good and pretty good value-with decent enough bottle of local red wine. Staff friendly and helpful.

The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet. A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. If you want an enchanting experience you'll never forget, go to this place with it's magical Morrocan style!
La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)
Staying there is like having a fascinating dream you don't want to end.

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.
