Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

This stunning riad is 2 minutes from the big square, Jma el Fenaa. It truly is
luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. I would definitely agree with all the positive feedback given and would without question stay her

By spa, I am thinking of the hammam. Perfect place to stay, near to the
centre and yet very quiet in the Riad itself. Spotlessly clean
throughout and generally everything is kept to a very high standard. I
can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very
helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile. My husband was
ill while we were there (nothing to do with food in the Riad I might

Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars! The owners of Misria go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a solo female traveller I really appreciated all they did for me. On my arrival I realised my credit card had broken, Michael (the owner) took me on his motorbike to his bank to try sort my problem. I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.
