The receptionist and most of the staff spoke quite good english.. The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors.

Well-placed within reasonable walking distance of Djemaa el Fna square,
this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival
was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an
excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have
time to try!

Loved everything about this hotel, one of the best beds I've
slept in in Morocco - really lovely staff who could not do enough.
Superbly located close to the main station in an upmarket district
with good cafes and patisseries and some designer boutiques. Gorgeous

This was an excellent hotel to spend a night before a morning flight back to the UK. Facilities were all you would expect from a four star hotel but at a fraction of the price. Big and clean room with a big bathroom. Plenty of space, nice balcony, very comfortable bed, Wifi working well. Rich breakfast included in room rate. Nice and clean swimming pool. Quiet location just a 15 minutes walk from Djemaa el Fna and a 25 minutes walk from the train station. Kind staff. -

Staff have been extremely polite and helpful. Facilities new and veryclean. Location quite in the right place, neither too close nor to farfrom the medina and close to the nouvelle ville. Quiet room - the style of the room furniture and the location of the hotel.

The room was as described and everthing worked as it should.
We arrived late, around 10.30pm, and we're told by reception that the restaurants in the area would be closed. Well, we walked outside and on the corner was a very busy simple style fish restaurant. It was really different and threw us straight into the local scene. Great choice of fish at very reasonable prices!

We read very positive hotel reviews with some caution as to their
truthfulness, but all the very positive comments about The Red House
were true. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the
Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and
restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech. All amenities,
including the lovely pool, are great and the staff, starting with Abdel
the front office manager, are warm and very helpful. We hope to go back.
