It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens.
I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.
Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad.
Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech.

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed
Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

I liked being close to the Badia and the Bahia Palaces and the Tiskiwin
Museum. You can easily walk to the Jemma el fna, the huge plaza.
Katrina, the owner, went out of her way to help us book a room in
another town. -
Clean, cheap, and very well kept. The staff was great too.

Lovely accomodation, with staff that really would do anything for you. As the riad is quite small it often felt like we were were the only guests there which was heavenly.
We did the cooking course at Jeans ranch which was lovely to get out of the city but be warned when the cook takes you round the markets be prepared to be ripped of by the stor

All staff amazingly polite and helpful- comfy rooms and delicious breakfasts.
At night the riad looks amazing with all the candles lit. It's a real gem of a place - you won't be disappointed if you go.

It looks just like the pictures, the riad was very clean and the people were very nice, the pool isn't that small and the food was amazing. Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. We are a young couple who like to travel and this was probably the best vacation accommodation experience we've ever had - period. A fantastic Riad right in the heart of the Medina a few minutes walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa on an unassuming little back street, but behind the beautiful wooden door lies an oasis of calm and service that's second to none. A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. If you want an enchanting experience you'll never forget, go to this place with it's magical Morrocan style!
La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)

The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's.
Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

The opinion is based on a previous stay. It's a lovely place, with lovely, well-decorated spaces and plantings. When the staff is organized (and this seems to be a big "if"), and Aziz and some others are working, the experience is great.
