The staff make you feel like family, like you were at home... so comfortable. They give advice and help you with any questions about tours, life in Marrakech, the culture, etc.
Rooms were nice and cozy. Decoration was very nice! I really enjoyed my stay very much!!! -

Beautiful place, brilliant location with a view of the koutoubia mosque, also we loved the rooftop terrace with big loungers, it is perfect for relaxing and looking up at the stars! Also the staff were very hospitable and welcoming, facilities of a traditional hammam are excellent. - Moustafa and the entire staff. Fantastic 6 nights!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. I found this Ryad amazing. After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above.
Room:The room was very very well decorated in proper Moroccan style with wooden furniture. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. It had an amazing interior with wall paintings and sword decorations and stuff. A beautiful window with colored glasses. I was quite happy with my room as it was clean, decorated and had everything function

Treated ourselves to a ham -
Atmospheric, aesthetically attractive with a delightful roof garden and
courtyards, beautiful rooms that have very comfortable beds and
excellent shower facilities and very helpful staff who related to you
and were always friendly. Haman was first rate. Ideal for couples and
singles but not, I would think, for families, and not ideal if you at
all disabled because there are steep steps to the upper floors and roof
garden. A bit difficult to find but you can ring and the staff come to
guide you

Brilliant service from the staff - they were always willing to cater to our needs, such as eating on the roof terrace or helping us arrange dinners. Rooms are really cozy too and the overall Riad decor is beautifully simple. -

It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.

We liked everything. The Riad is in an excellent location in the centre of the old Medina but in a very quite street. The place is very relaxing and the internal patio is very beautiful. At the beginning it is not easy to find as it is in a small, hidden street. So it is better to ask for some guidance just for the first time. We stayed in Meknes room which was fantastic, in original Maroccan style. The staff is very kind, helpful and always available. We would definitely recommend this Riad as

Only a day back home we're already planning a trip back to Riad La Caleche! The wonderful staff at the Riad went out of their way to make us feel at home and make sure we had an excellent time in Marrakech!! They gave us advices and arranged the tours for us. The staff were fantastic and very helpful the location of the Riad was
not where we originally thought from the website. But the staff were
more than happy for us to change to another Riad they ran which was
right near the square and central. As Riad La Caleche was not what you
expected and was down some dark back streets not good for girls
traveling on there own it did'nt feel the safest. Although we
could'nt fault the newer Riad called Fantasia which was near all the
action and much more cent
