The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out
of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their
luggage area every night, surprised my wife with a birthday

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina.
Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced?

What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery -
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
