  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at The Red House and it was just as good as the first time. Someone from The Red House came to pick us up from the airport and was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This was a great way to start the holiday. The staff are magnificent - very friendly and only too happy to he - We read very positive hotel reviews with some caution as to their truthfulness, but all the very positive comments about The Red House were true. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech. The directrice was so kind to drive us there and helped us in the hospital.
