Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!.

I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone.
We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very
friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke
english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint
tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back
again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and
helpful. The hotel also arranged for Nadia, a guide, to help us navigate

Ryad 53 has a great location close to the Batha museum in the Medina! The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the work staff is really friendly! Last but not least, the roof terrace has great panoramic views over the city of Fez. Highly recommendable! -

Jean Claude was the most helpful friendly host you could possibly find. He collected and dropped us off at the bus station and helped us with onward tickets. The riad was in an excellent location very close to the medina but just far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pool was great to have after a hot day exploring. Small guest-house with very personal experience. Location is absolutely perfect. Luxury Ryad, beautifully furnished with very good breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend to have a dinner in the Ryad - the cooking is excellent. The location near a door of the Medina allowed to arrive by car or taxi without getting lost. A good choice at a decent price.
