In the morning, Riad Boustan serves a traditional Moroccan breakfast. Guests can relax in the common living room and enjoy free tea and coffee all day. All of the rooms have a private bathroom with either shower or bathtub. They are individually decorated and most of them are equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided in the entire Riad Boustan, and the 24-hour reception offers tour desk service.

The owner and all the staff are extremely nice: they give advices, offer tours, help you with everything you need and prepare the best mint tea of the city. As there was no one on the day of arrival they offer us a bigger room with no extra charge. The place is like a oasis in the desert: a relaxing paradise. The breakfast is fantastic, something I won't forget. I could suggest to contact the hotel before arrival so they can arrange you a taxi from the airport in order to avoid getting lost in .
όλα τα σχόλια » A superb place for a holiday in Fez. Located in a narrow lane of the old medina, with beautiful Moroccan interior decoration and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Wonderful retreat after the intensity of the medina. The staff was very kind and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Mohammed at the reception who helped us out when one of us was sick. I am sure we could not have found a better a place in Fez!. We had a wonderful time at Riad Boustan.The location was excellent close to medina.The owner Mr. Mustafa made us feel right at home,very personlized service.He did everything to make our visit memorable.He even woke up very early to see us off.He even treated us with a home cooked moroccan meal which was really delicious.Thankyou Mr. Mustafa for everything. Incredibly good people! We were not only waited for at an easy-to-find meeting point and taken to the hotel, I was also accompanied when I got hungry late in the evening and didn't know where to go. We spent some time talking with the owner over a cup of tea, and everyone made sure we felt like at home. I have rarely seen such kindness elsewhere. 1. The staff. Mohammed was more than helpful in every way a person could be. 2. The Riad is amazing in the way it is set up, it is absolutely beautiful. Every room is unique and is truly a great value for Fez. I will be coming back here every time I go to Fez from now on (I am an American living in Morocco). Absolutely loved the interior design of this Riad! The pieces were carefully and tastefully chosen- lovely! Breakfast was traditional and tasty. Staff very friendly! Don't get a "guide" to show you around the city- but do get someone to show you the riad's location as it is not too easy to find. The staff was very kind and available to help us for any questioner had. The guy at the reception was extremely supportive. The riad is nice and the room large. Breakfast was good and various. At request the riad can arrange for their guests a tour in the desert. the staff were absolutely fantastic, really helpful showing us around the Medina, taking us to great places to shop, booking taxis for us or collecting me when I got list. Sam at the Riad went above & beyond requirements. Highly recommend. Lovely staff - very friendly and helpful. The owner upgraded us from the lead-in room to one of the beautiful rooms downstairs. Nice hot shower. Decor was lovely in the Riad, excellent breakfast. Also, loved the unlimited the a la menthe!. We really liked the attention of the staff, particularly Mohammed was really nice and helpful at all times. We had an upgrade of our room from Limona to Roumana and that was a really nice gesture that we greatly appreciated. The riad itself was beautiful and we had our own separate access to our room from the inner courtyard. I'd not seen that before! The breakfast was very good. The riad is well located for exploring the medina. Lovely place to stay, very nice location. Staff is very helpfull. Based just outside medina but only a 2 min walk to the main square. We liked the beautiful building, the large triple room, good breakfast, and positive interactions and helpful suggestions from the owner when he was there. As with many riads, rooms have windows opening into the inner hall, so privacy isn't optimal. But this is simply how these buildings are made and if you want a true Moroccan riad experience, this is a part of the deal. Lots of stairs to get to my room. Musty smell in my room but apart from that it was great. I'd stay there again. It was a bit of a walk from the main touristy restaurants, but only a 10Dhs taxi so not the end of the world! Also, when not in the rooms, they didn't appear to have any heating in the main part of the Riad, so it was a bit cold to spend much time there. Fez Medina is a bit overwhelming but the hotel is located at a perfect distance from the Medina to avoid too much chaos but yet to allow you to walk there in less than 5 minutes. Our room was a bit small but clean and adequate. Bit hard to find for first time, but which medina isnt! :-). Nothing. Not much light from outside. A bit hard to find without street helpers. There was a bad odor in the bathroom. And the limona rooms are very small and you do not have internet connevtion there so try to avoid larger rooms on the lower floor. Those were really nice rooms. The location is hard to find. hard to find without a little help from locals. showers, not enough pressure and irregularities of hot and cold water. Shower was too small in the Yasmina room and if I ran the water high it splashes all over the bathroom. Nowhere to hang your towels in the bathrooms. Breakfast could be improved such as making it more beldy or country style. too far to the main medina Breafast was so so. We had four days of cold showers at a time when the interior of the building was cold. This was reported to management but it did not change. Staff were not that helpful except the owner who was rarely available. The cold, wet weather accentuated the discomfort that we experienced in the Riad. The location was not as close to the medina as we would have liked. We would not recommend the Riad for a solo traveller or a winter stay.
