  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. - A 5star hotel in every respect. Staff are exceptional.   My second time staying at this hotel,After I saw some of the reviews,i was skeptical,since my last stay was great,I though may be there was a management change,I am glad i booked here again,pleasantly surprise this place is even nicer than last time,,I do agree with some,the music is kind of loud,but next time i will book a suit second or third fl... τι λέει ο κόσμος » oor,,other than that,,my husband and i love this place,the rooms are nice,,very clean,,and the staff is really nice - I stayed in Casablanca before,i always stayed in hotels over looking the water,this hotel was not over looking the water,but close enough I can walk to the beach,i enjoyed that,i never had a sound proof room,I never even knew they existed until I read the reviews,I really like that,,the rooms were nice,the service was friendly,price was ok,but for the luxury this hotel has to offer,,it was worth it,

  Location was good in relation to the metro system and nearby market. Very good hotel with lots of facilities and the room was lovely.
