  The hotel was very nice and the surroundings as well.. lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Also very safe area and walking distance to the angel of independence and Reforma - I've been in this hotel twice and I love it.

  The staff made me wait a very long time to check in, they said they hadn't received the info from letsbookhotel.com yet.   Got a king sized bed a bit firm but slept well. Loved the kitchenette with small fridge and microwave. Good water pressure in shower. Very close to metro insurgentes and zona rosa.   The staff was courteous and always attentive to our needs. The suite was fantastic! On our last night we were able to entertain several of my family members due to the spaciousness of the suite. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment. The front desk staff were exceptional.
