We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.

Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have. People should know: this is a 2 star hotel, but some people expect a 4 star and afterwards their complaining! Rooms were clean! and a PERFECT LOCATION - Hi I just came back from my trip to malta and i stayed at the europa hotel in sliema. i booked an internal room and deceided to upgrade it to a seaview... a must have when you stay at the europa because the view is amazing, as well as the location of the hotel itself. the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was nice. i will definetly will come back and i really enjoyed my stay in malta.

An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial.

the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. I'd go back to that hotel in case. - The staff are warm, welcoming and professional

The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at the Victoria again.

Location was excellent for getting around any direction in Malta. Definitely recommended for touristy people because there are so many and maybe too many tourist organizers on the other side of the road by the port selling you deals and tour packages.

It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. we had spacious room for 3 people. friendly staff. taxi from/to st Julian cost only 10 euro so coming back home after clubbing wasn't expensive. near to good italian restaurant La Cuccagna.

The Staff was extremely nice and cooperative. The room was very clean and modern. Bathroom was very clean and renovated.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

Great location, very close from markets, restaurants and bus stops.
The staff was very helpful about the touristic places in the island and the facilities around the hotel.
