A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. The roof top pool with FANTASTIC VIEWS--the buffet breakfast had choices to suit everyone--my room was ideal in size -space and functions. I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even
the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one
bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved
the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u
return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the
breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more
vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the
wifi is good b

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent
travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden
gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep
of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls
such as Times Square Berjaya through lrt. A new and massive upscal

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
Sogo shops. Break

Excellent location for shopping, dining as well as for sight seeing! Everything is available just within a few minutes of walking only. Fantastic value for money! - Proximity to the attractions of KL and the friendliness and willingness to help of the hotel staff.

1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.
2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore.

4. I like the cleanness of the room -
Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

Before I booked this hotel, I read the negative feedback written by the
previous customer. But to be honest, this hotel is not bad at all. When
I arrived at the hotel, the security guard opened the door for us with a

it's good for family, the romm is spacious and easy to preper your breakfast . the location is near of the metro station, just one station to KLCC. it's near to aquarium just 10rm by taxi.. also easy to go to butterfly park and flower park just 20rm ...

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.
