If you feel like visiting the surroundings, the Stadthuys House and Chinatown are within a 3-minute walk away.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Vista Rio for 2 nights. 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 young children, had sufficient sleeping places with the extra mattress provided. Staying under the same roof made our family holiday more meaningful as we got to spend more time together. Children enjoyed playing together and we were not worried about the noise generated. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful, seeing to little details to make us feel at home. They made some recommen.
όλα τα σχόλια » I like everything about this house. At first, when i reached there and saw a small street, i thought i had made a wrong decision (by looking at the condition of the street). However, when i reached the exact house, i was relieved. It was a safe place even though i forgot to bring the steering lock. Easy to reach the heart of Mallaca. My advice, do not use the bridge. Instead, just walk along the river as it is actually a waterfront. An excellent place to stay especially those with family :). How I loved Vista Rio! The family managing this property is lovely and it shows through the care and attention they lavish on the property and they paid to us. The interior is clean and beautifully decorated. Only two of us were there, although it could take 6 at least. We enjoyed the fantastic location most when we sat on the balcony over the river--to my mind the most spectacular thing about Melaka. All the old parts of the city--the UNESCO Heritage Site--are minutes away by foot. Victor is a very friendly and helpful owner of the house. He is rooted and passion about Malacca. He will tell you where to eat authentic paranakan food, their best coffee, Dao Sai Pian, ice chenol etc. Victor accommodated us in every way. Vista Rio is located nearby jonker street. It's very convenient for us. The room is very clean and provide a lot of mattress and pillow for us (if you request for it). We really enjoy to stay in Vista Rio. Location was superb as it is near to Jonker street. Most tourist attraction are within walking distance. The place is well maintained, clean. Good for big group of friends/family. What we love most are the beautiful house and the river right in front of the house, its water splashing sound every time the boats were passing by really calming and beautiful. Everything, it was an awesome place to stay. Forget the rest of the hotels in Melaka, stay here only. Beautiful view from balcony too. Location is great, but it is not the easiest place to find. Call the staff they are very helpful to direct you to the location. Location was amazing.Right by side of River and a few minutes walk to the historic centre of Melaka.Suprisingly quiet also. Spacious and villa like place with an amazing view on the Mellaca river. Location is good and the view is nice. The river View opposite the house. staff very nice！will come again！. Helpful staff, good location. There are only 2 bathrooms. For our group size, we had to queue up patiently to take our showers. Hard to find! But it's simple: Jalan Jawa, the street name, is the river itself. 1St floor of bath tub don't have hot water as the water heater is not working. I will suggest to add a microwaves in the kitchen to heat up the food. What not to like, this place is the best. Parking is quite hard, this is true for Malacca. Wi-Fi .Although it worked,the signal was too weak to download my emails. Wish there was an extra bathroom in one of the rooms. A lot of mosquito. Difficult Side p arking at narrow street...
