  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure.   A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals.   We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and takes you to the centre. - The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do". Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…
