The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The breakfast and the service were excellent. It was easy to move around for shopping. My sister and myself were so happy that we have recommended your hotel to our colleagues and parents. - The hotel location was very good, since it is in the centwer of the town, also the shopping center located in the hotels

The hotel was full of Olde world charm and a lovely place to stay.The staff were polite gentle and very helpful.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.The location was excellent near everything .We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and will definitely stay here again. -

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4
pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future. - The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

Perefect location and view.Monorail station is just few steps away. We had a very nice, clean and large room with high speed internet connection. The room was recently renovated in a modern design. 1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.
2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore.

4. I like the cleanness of the room -
Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

فندق جديد يفتح النفس وراقي جدا وخدمة اكثر من ممتازة - في غرفتي كان ضغط الماء الساخن ضعيف فاعطوني الغرفة التي بجانبي بالاضافة الى غرفتي لكي استخدم حمامها و اصلحوا حمام غرفتي اثناء خروجي - يهتمون جدا لراحة الزبون
